Qualifications

Valid HKCAD / EASA / CAAS / CAAM / CAAC / CASA Aircraft Maintenance License.
Capable of handling maintenance tasks with minimal supervision in line environment.
3 years of experience in aircraft line maintenance including servicing, inspections, defect troubleshooting and rectification.

Responsibilities

Plan, lead and supervise aircraft maintenance checks.
Identify and rectify problems and defects.
Analyze and interpret technical procedures, schematic diagrams, manuals and publications.
Coordinate with various departments to complete maintenance work.
Establish and maintain good business relationships with customers.
Manage staff performance, attendance control and provide skills training to ensure service quality.
Perform other duties as assigned.
