Lead Finance Manager, Private Credit Funds

Job summary

CLSA in Hong Kong is seeking a Finance Manager to support the private funds platform by delivering timely financial information, analyses and forecasts to aid strategic decision making. You will coordinate FP&A, fund finance, governance, and investor reporting across funds, SMAs, GP entities, and JV structures.

The role requires a degree with CPA or CFA, at least 5 years in private funds finance, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of finance and accounting experience within the private funds industry.
• Professional qualification such as CPA/CFA or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, and funding plan processes across funds and related entities.
• Prepare and review financial analyses, management reporting, and dashboards for senior management and investment leadership.
• Monitor monthly P&L, fund-level returns analysis and variance analyses; partner with Group Finance, Treasury, and Risk teams.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support fund launches and capital raising.
• Oversee investor reporting and fund administration across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
