Job summary

CITIC Securities is seeking a Finance Manager for Private Credit within Capital Partners in Hong Kong. The role supports finance operations, fund finance managers, and management teams with timely financial information, analyses and forecasts to drive strategic decisions.

You will coordinate financial planning, valuation, reporting, and governance across private equity platforms and related entities. The ideal candidate holds CPA/CFA, has at least five years in private funds or credit products,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of finance roles in private funds or similar setting.
• Experience in buy-side or private credit preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning across funds and entities.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and investors.
• Monitor monthly P&L, fund returns, and risk-adjusted metrics with finance and risk teams.
• Develop financial models for new fund launches, capital raises, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate investor reporting and regulatory submissions.
• Oversee fund governance, audits, and relationship with fund administrators.
