Job summary

JPC TEXSON LTD in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Façade/ Curtain Wall Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery from design through installation and handover. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget performance while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HK façade projects, strong drawing interpretation skills (CAD/BIM), and excellent communication to drive collaboration with architects,

Qualifications

• Educated in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of HK subcontracting practices, statutory requirements and quality/safety standards.
• Able to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings; CAD/BIM background advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of façade and curtain wall subcontracts, from design to handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, resource plans and budgets; monitor progress and take corrective action.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to review and approve technical drawings and methods.
• Liaise with suppliers, fabricators, on-site installation teams and main contractors to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with HK codes, safety regulations and quality standards; lead safety initiatives on site.
• Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments and project documentation.
