Job summary

We are the Manager of a major Logistics Centre located in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. We seek a Degree holder in Property Management (PMP Tier 1 preferred) with at least 5 years' supervisory experience to oversee day‑to‑day property management, budgets, and liaison with government departments.

Qualifications

Degree in property management or related discipline.
PMP License (Tier 1) preferred.
Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience.
Experience in overseeing day-to-day property management functions.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day property management functions including security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement, amenities and facilities management.
Monitor property management income and expenses and prepare annual budgets.
Liaise with Government departments and other company departments.
Attend Owners' Committee meetings and maintain good relationships with committees.
Provide outgoing leadership, proactive communication and teamwork.
