Job summary

Jefferies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic Equities platform launch. You will drive Day 1 readiness across front-to-back trading, operational, technology, regulatory, and control functions to establish the joint venture's Equities trading platform and operating model.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Financial Markets with exposure to Equities or large-scale programs.
• Proven experience launching new businesses, migrations, or platform implementations.
• Strong understanding of equities trading lifecycle and front-to-back operations.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, finance, and external vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end launch program for a strategic Equities platform and operating model.
• Drive Day 1 readiness across trading, market access, order management, and post-trade processes.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and vendors.
• Manage governance, risk, issues, and executive reporting.
• Develop and maintain an integrated program plan and testing strategy.
• Coordinate platform implementation activities including requirements, design, migration, and UAT.
• Ensure procedures, controls, and escalation frameworks are established prior to launch.
• Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams to meet scope, time, and budget.
• Lead business readiness activities including process design and training.
• Oversee testing strategy and execution for functional and operational testing.
