CASETiFY is seeking a Lead Designer to define the brand's distinctive accessory language across customizable products, charms, and leather goods. You will own the design process from concept through launch, creating hero pieces and modular systems that endure beyond trends.

You will collaborate with Product, Manufacturing, and Marketing to ensure brand coherence, elevated materiality, and scalable design language across core, seasonal, and limited programs.

Competenze

• 8-12+ years of experience in accessories, leather goods, or high-end product design.
• Direct experience in luxury is strongly preferred and should be evident in portfolio and prior roles.
• Proven ability to lead products from concept through development to final launch.
• Strong experience with leather, metal hardware, textiles, trims, and premium finishing methods.
• Deep familiarity with sampling, prototyping, supplier communication, and factory collaboration.
• Portfolio must include accessories and product systems showing brand signature and coherent collection thinking.
