Job summary

TechForce is seeking an experienced Lead Data Engineer to join a large-scale APAC data transformation programme in the financial services sector. You will lead the design of an enterprise data platform and guide delivery across markets in Asia.

Responsibilities include defining enterprise data models, building pipelines with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, PySpark, Python and SQL, and mentoring distributed teams while aligning with architects and stakeholders to drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

Requires proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale data platforms.
Strong expertise with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, PySpark, Python and SQL.
Experience leading data engineering teams or workstreams in large-scale programs.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of a regional enterprise data platform for analytics and AI.
Define enterprise data models translating business needs into scalable data products.
Drive end-to-end data engineering using cloud-native tech to build robust pipelines.
Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and set engineering standards.
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.
