Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead OTC Derivatives trade reporting across APAC and ensure compliance with HKMA, MAS, and regional frameworks.

The role requires 10+ years in project management or business analysis in investment banking, hands-on data sourcing and requirements gathering, FPML/XML experience, and a consulting background is preferred. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management or business analysis in investment banking.
• Deep OTC Derivatives trade reporting experience.
• Strong APAC regulatory exposure (HKMA, MAS, RBI, JFSA, KRX, etc.).
• Hands-on data sourcing and requirements gathering.
• Experience with FPML, XML, data mapping and data quality frameworks.
• Consulting background (Big 4, Capco, or equivalent) preferred.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OTCD trade reporting delivery across APAC.
• Ensure compliance with HKMA, MAS, and regional regulatory frameworks.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Data sourcing, requirements gathering, and producing BRDs/user stories.
• Support regulatory reporting automation and process improvements.
• Liaise with IT to identify data needs and join data sets.
