Job summary

DENASIA INTERNATIONAL (HK) LIMITED is recruiting for an entry-level Junior Independent Wealth Advisor. This client-facing role lets you build your own practice with mentorship, a digital wealth platform, and flexible hours. You will learn to deliver tailored wealth advice while pursuing professional licenses in Hong Kong.

You will work with mass affluent to UHNW segments, with platform-backed support and a clear path to grow into leadership roles as your practice scales.

Qualifications

• No university degree required; Form 6 HKDSE or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong (IANG visa holders welcome).
• Motivated to learn with self-paced programs; no finance background required.
• Strong communication skills in English; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing financial products and market movements to spot opportunities.
• Participate in client consultations to identify wealth priorities and tailor recommendations.
• Work with seasoned practitioners to monitor and adjust client portfolios.
• Support family trusts, estate planning, and corporate advisory toward IPOs.
• Collaborate with legal, tax, and investment specialists for end-to-end strategies.
• Develop your own client portfolio through networking and referrals.
• Prepare for local licensing exams with firm support.
• Attend skill-building workshops, product masterclasses, and market updates.
• Operate independently with back-office and compliance support.
