Job summary

The role includes extensive onboarding, licensing guidance, and ongoing training, with clear promotion pathways and overseas conference possibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; all majors welcome (Finance/Business/Marketing preferred).
• Genuine interest in financial planning and wealth management.
• Strong communication and listening skills; able to build trust quickly.
• Self-motivated, open to challenges, a team player.
• Must hold a valid Hong Kong work visa (IANG/TTPS welcome).

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning and wealth management advice to clients.
• Analyse client needs and develop suitable product allocation solutions.
• Develop new clients, explore markets, and expand business networks.
• Build long-term client relationships and provide ongoing follow-up.
• Participate in company training to enhance professional knowledge and consulting skills.
