Job summary

Global Investment Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Project Analyst to support first-line control projects across client onboarding, KYC lifecycle management, and maintaining client data integrity.

The role suits candidates from consulting, Big 4, or transformation backgrounds, with VBA knowledge as an advantage and knowledge of KYC/AML desirable. You will collaborate across regional offices to drive alignment within transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree.
• Experience in consulting, Big 4, project management, or transformation roles within financial services.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across business, risk, and technology functions.
• VBA knowledge is an advantage.
• Knowledge of KYC processes, AML regulations, and private wealth management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, executive-level presentations and materials to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Translate complex regulatory, operational, and data-related topics into clear, concise insights and recommendations.
• Lead and support process improvement and remediation initiatives from design through to execution and closure.
• Track and analyze project progress, deliverables, and outcomes, providing meaningful insights and reporting.
• Establish and maintain strong project governance, including updates, risk tracking, and escalation management.
• Partner closely with business, control, and technology teams across regional offices to coordinate initiatives and drive alignment.
• Support the delivery of transformation programs and change initiatives within the Account Management function.
