Job summary

All Star Agency is recruiting for a Contract Associate – Corporate Banking KYC in Hong Kong. You will perform KYC reviews, assess risk profiles, and keep accurate documentation to support regulatory compliance and timely case closure.

The role works with Relationship Managers, Operations, Legal and Compliance to ensure onboarding and ongoing reviews run smoothly. Requirements include a university degree and at least 3 years in corporate banking KYC/AML, with strong knowledge of AML regulations

Qualifications

• University degree in Business/Finance or related field.
• At least 3 years of corporate banking KYC/AML experience.
• Strong knowledge of KYC requirements and AML regulations.
• Experience reviewing ownership structures and identifying beneficial owners.
• Detail-oriented with analytical judgment and documentation skills.
• Clear communication across functions and teams.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; Japanese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing KYC due diligence for corporate clients.
• Review client documentation and ownership structures to assess risk.
• Analyze customer information and transactions for AML risks.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Compliance to resolve issues.
• Maintain complete KYC records and support periodic reviews.
• Assist with onboarding, remediation projects and policy updates.
