Job summary

REAP Limited is building an Onboarding team to own KYB/AML onboarding for our Direct and FaaS products. This Onboarding Lead role is an experienced IC who will execute, think strategically, manage stakeholders, and help shape the future onboarding operating model.

This is not a traditional people-manager role on day one; you will ground the work, own outcomes, and help establish team standards, processes, and operating rhythm as the function scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in KYB/AML onboarding or related compliance workflows.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders across sales, operations and compliance.
• Proactive mindset with ability to define and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own KYB/AML onboarding across Direct and FaaS products.
• Review onboarding applications end-to-end with focus on quality and turnaround time.
• Build onboarding capacity so FCO work does not impact throughput.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Growth, Implementation, Operations, ComplianceFCO and cross-functional teams.
• Handle escalations and edge cases with sound judgment.
• Define and improve onboarding processes, system logic, and workflow quality with the Senior BA.
• Contribute to onboarding QA practices and SLA framework.
