Ideal candidates hold a Finance/Economics/Business degree, are fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and are eager to build a career in sales. A license sponsorship option is available for SFC Type 3.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; fresh grads welcome.
• Language: Cantonese, Mandarin and English fluency required.
• Core competencies: confident telephone manner and strong communication; resilient in a target-driven environment.
• Licensing: SFC Type 3 license is a plus; sponsorship available for exams.
• Technical: proficient in MS Office; CRM familiarity (Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Outbound client acquisition via cold calling and direct outreach.
• Provide sales support and onboarding assistance to senior team members.
• Monitor daily FX and bullion market updates to share basic insights with prospects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call logs, and pipeline status.
• Coordinate with compliance and operations to ensure regulatory adherence.
