Job summary

Waihong Services Group, a leading environmental services provider in Hong Kong, is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of cleaning services contracts. You will partner with clients, supervise the site ops team, and coordinate with Head Office to ensure compliance and service excellence.

The role requires a Form 5 or above and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in the servicing industry, preferably cleaning or property management, with a focus on delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above is required.
• Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in servicing industry, preferably in cleaning business or property management.
• Customer-oriented with good leadership and problem solving skills.
• Good team player with strong sense of commitment and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a portfolio of cleaning services contracts in Southern District.
• Act as a business partner to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Collaborate closely with Head Office to ensure site operations comply with legislation and company policies.
• Lead the operations team to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and enhance service quality standards for continuous improvement to meet clients' needs.
