Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking multiple Junior Manual Testers to join a well-established retail organization undergoing digital transformation initiatives in Hong Kong. The role targets candidates with 1–3 years of software testing experience who are passionate about quality assurance and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of manual software testing or quality assurance experience.
• Experience testing web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Cantonese is required; English communication skills are also preferred.
• Experience using defect tracking and test management tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and testing documentation.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution.
• Work closely with business users, developers, and project teams to understand requirements and validate functionality.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Verify fixes and ensure product quality before release.
• Support testing activities across various digital and retail technology initiatives.
