So, Lung & Associates, Solicitors is seeking a motivated Junior Legal Secretary to support our junior associates across conveyancing, probate and estate, company and litigation matters. The role focuses on providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support in a dynamic Hong Kong-based firm.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, eager to learn, and able to collaborate with a diverse team. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred, with Cantonese a plus, and proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a non-law degree, or diploma holder with a non-legal background are welcome to apply.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (fluency in Cantonese is an advantage).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, One Drive and Teams), Adobe PDF and virtual meeting apps (Zoom, Google Meet and Team).
• Well organized priority, good working manner, great interpersonal skills and self-learning.
• Knowledge or interest in AI technology (particularly Microsoft Copilot) and any project management experience will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Provide all rounded secretarial and administrative support to junior associates.
• Manage calendar/meeting arrangements and screen phone calls.
• Assist the team’s junior associates with time entry and issue bills on a timely basis.
• Liaising with different stakeholders.
• Assist with preparation of court bundles, drafting documents and correspondence.
• Assist with tasks involved in regular conveyance cases, M&A land deals and probate matters.
• Manage case file records and electronic filing system.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned if necessary.
