Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to support CI/CD pipeline automation, deployments, infrastructure monitoring, and observability. You will work with teams to improve automation, deployment reliability, and application observability across the software delivery lifecycle.

The role emphasizes hands-on Jenkins, Linux automation, container deployments, and monitoring platforms, with a strong interest in end-to-end DevOps practices.

Qualifications

1–3 years of DevOps, Infra, or sysadmin experience.
Hands-on Jenkins experience.
Proficient with Linux environments.
Familiarity with Bash/Shell scripting.
Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and deployment pipelines.
Knowledge of containers and container deployment.

Responsibilities

Support CI/CD pipelines and automation.
Assist in deployment and release processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot build/deploy failures.
Collaborate with dev, infra and platform teams to improve automation.
Contribute to observability and monitoring initiatives.
Participate in end-to-end application performance monitoring.
