Job summary

Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking in Hong Kong is seeking a junior analyst to support origination, market research and execution. You will assist in financial modelling, teasers and client presentations, and help with due diligence.

Ideal candidates hold a Masters in Finance or related field, possess strong analytical skills, and can manage multiple projects. Fluent English is essential; Mandarin is a plus. The role offers exposure to cross-border advisory and capital markets activities.

Qualifications

• Masters/University Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Thorough understanding of corporate finance products
• Strong critical thinking with the ability to evaluate companies and financial information quickly and accurately
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong work ethics, detail orientation and a passion for excellence
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English while fluency in written and verbal Mandarin would be an advantage
• Ability to work independently and also a good team player

Responsibilities

• Support origination efforts - preparation of teasers, company profiles, sector/market research, company financial and credit analysis, etc.
• Support marketing activities - preparation of pitch books, client presentation materials, regular market update, etc.
• Support execution activities - providing inputs for financial modelling, credit and transaction memos, assisting in due diligence processes, etc.
