Pirata Group's Calle Ocho in Causeway Bay is hiring a Junior Cook to join its vibrant Spanish tapas kitchen. You will help set up the kitchen, assist senior chefs, and work across hot, cold and tapas production sections to assemble dishes to high standards.

You should have at least one year in a kitchen, a genuine interest in cooking, a team mindset, and a sense of responsibility. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages a plus.

We’re now looking for an energetic Junior Cook to join Calle Ocho, our innovative new Spanish tapas restaurant located in the retail epicentre, Causeway Bay.

You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. You will work across the hot, cold and tapas production sections, assembling dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.
