Rat Pack LC Limited’s Calle Ocho in Causeway Bay invites an energetic Junior Cook to join our Spanish tapas concept. You will set up the kitchen and support senior chefs across hot, cold and tapas production, delivering dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.

This role offers fast-track progression in an internationally diverse environment, with a focus on guest experience, health and hygiene compliance, and teamwork.

• At least 1 year experience in kitchen.

We’re now looking for an energetic Junior Cook to join Calle Ocho, our innovative new Spanish tapas restaurant located in the retail epicentre, Causeway Bay.

You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. You will work across the hot, cold and tapas production sections, assembling dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.
