Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui is seeking a Chef Commis to join our kitchen team. You will assist in producing high-quality dishes and maintain consistent service standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires basic culinary skills, good hygiene, and 1 year of experience as Chef Commis or 2 years as an Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with high standards. The ideal candidate is reliable and team-oriented.

Qualifications

• 1 year work experience as Chef Commis; or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards
• Basic Culinary skills
• Good hygiene knowledge
