Job summary

EIRE Systems (Hong Kong) Limited is hiring a Junior Knowledge/Business Analyst to support knowledge base management, QA/UAT activities, and AI-powered knowledge initiatives. The role involves organizing content, tagging, metadata management, and ensuring accuracy across knowledge assets.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve knowledge and AI workflows, assist in AI/RAG optimizations, and uphold governance standards.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience or fresh graduate with relevant internship or project experience.
• Basic understanding of knowledge management, content organization, or information management.
• Nice to have exposure to QA testing and/or UAT processes.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Interest in AI, GenAI, chatbots, or RAG-based solutions.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Native in Cantonese, and fluent in Mandarin, English.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
