Job summary

Ekimetrics in Hong Kong seeks a junior data scientist to join our APAC team and support analytics-led consulting for international clients. You will contribute to data analysis, modelling, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

You will work in a collaborative, fast-growing environment with mentoring, training, and opportunities to grow into project ownership. English proficiency and a passion for marketing topics are essential.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or modelling.
• Strong academic performance.
• Business-level English.
• Interest in consulting and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Work on challenging projects with international clients, combining analytics and consulting.
• Collaborate in teams of 3–6 business scientists across 1–3 projects.
• Engage from discovery to final recommendations: data analysis, modelling, and translating insights.
• Propose innovative approaches and grow into ownership of projects.
• Present results to stakeholders including C-suite clients.
• Build expertise across methodologies and industries.
• Receive training, mentoring, and continuous support.
• Gain exposure to the APAC leadership team.
