Job summary

Qualifications
- Diploma or university degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
- Good command of English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua.
- Familiar with ERP systems; Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
- Detail-minded, responsible and hardworking.
Responsibilities
- Control and arrange payments including fund transfers, cheques, T/T, and e-banking transactions.
- Update bank books and perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist in accounting operations including month-end closing and intercompany reconciliations.
- Support voucher entry and maintain a well-organized filing system.
- Assist in annual audits, interim reviews, and tax-related matters.
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
