Qualifications

• Diploma or university degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua.
• Familiar with ERP systems; Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Detail-minded, responsible and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Control and arrange payments including fund transfers, cheques, T/T, and e-banking transactions.
• Update bank books and perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist in accounting operations including month-end closing and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support voucher entry and maintain a well-organized filing system.
• Assist in annual audits, interim reviews, and tax-related matters.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Control and arrange payments, including fund transfers, cheque preparation, T/T, and e-banking transactions;

• Update bank book and perform bank reconciliations;

• Assist in accounting operations, including but not limited to financial reporting, month-end closing, and intercompany reconciliations;

• Support voucher entry and maintain a well-organized filing system;

• Assist in annual audits, interim reviews, and tax-related matters;

• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma or university graduate in Accounting / Finance;

• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing;

• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, speak fluently in Putonghua;

• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage;

• Responsible, detail-minded, and hardworking.
