Job summary

AYASA Globo Financial Services is seeking an Accounting Officer / Senior Accounting Officer to join our Hong Kong team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the junior path, with potential progression to senior roles based on performance.

The role involves NAV calculations, processing trades, setting up payments, and coordinating with the Transfer Agency Team. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required, with strong Excel/Word skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• High Diploma in Accounting or related discipline; Bachelor degree or higher considered for senior role
• CPA qualification is an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Immediate available is a key advantage

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate NAV calculation on a monthly or quarterly basis
• Process trades via accounting and custodian systems
• Set up bank payment instructions for investment and operational needs
• Coordinate with the Transfer Agency Team to ensure capital activities are recorded promptly in the accounting platform
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support daily operations
• Reconcile portfolio and cash positions between brokers/custodians and in-house accounting systems
• Assist with audit-related tasks and respond to auditor enquiries
• Support preparation of financial statements and liaise with auditors during year-end closing
• Respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
