Job summary

Willing Capital Management Limited is seeking an Equity Analyst (TMT Sector) in Hong Kong. You will work within a team to identify and evaluate investment opportunities, build and deliver financial models and analysis reports, and monitor companies with regular updates.

The role requires a Master’s degree or above and over 2 years of deep fundamental research experience, with fluent English and Chinese communication. Independent thinking and strong work ethic are valued, in a central HK location.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above from a top university.
• More than 2 years' experience in fundamental deep research.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research and evaluate investment opportunities in sectors and individual companies.
• Provide modelling and analysis reports on sectors and individual companies.
• Closely monitor the companies and update reports regularly.
• Track development trends of sectors and interpret insights.
• Conduct independent research for portfolio manager on markets or ad hoc requests.

About you

Master or above degree from a top university with commitment to excellence

Suitable background of more than 2 years' experience in fundamental deep research (can be in primary or secondary market) with excellent performance

Highly proactive and strongly self-motivated to work independently with hardworking spirit and independent thinking mindset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in both English and Chinese

Team player with a strong work ethic and a high level of maturity and integrity
