Recruit Logic Limited is seeking an experienced Backend Java Developer to bridge business requirements with IT solutions. You will implement applications across trading backend systems and CRM integrations, ensuring technical alignment with stakeholders and vendors.

The role requires 10+ years in software delivery using Java and SQL, with hands-on Java, SQL, and Linux skills. Experience with CI/CD and ability to travel to Shenzhen occasionally is valued. Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development / solution delivery using Java and SQL; senior level considered for lesser experience.
• Hands-on experience with Java development, SQL, and Linux environments.
• Proven experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in production and non-production environments.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development / solution delivery using Java and SQL (candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Java Developer level).

Technical Core: Hands-on experience with Java development, SQL, and Linux environments.

DevOps: Proven experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills in English, Mandarin is an advantage.

Work Style: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a technical team.

Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with AI development integration, CRM systems, Mandarin language proficiency, and willingness to travel to Shenzhen occasionally.
