Job summary

Global Executive Consultants Limited (GlobalExec) is recruiting a Java Developer/Analyst Programmer to join a bank-focused team in Hong Kong. You will architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java, with AI-assisted tooling to boost productivity.

You will audit AI-generated code for security and correctness and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven workflows into core Java ecosystems.

Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Analyst Programmer

Responsibilities:-

Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend systems and enterprise applications utilizing Java.

Leverage cutting-edge AI programming assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to optimize development workflows and maximize coding efficiency.

Conduct rigorous code reviews, with a dedicated focus on auditing AI-generated code to guarantee exceptional quality, strict security standards, and logical accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI-assisted workflows into core Java-based ecosystems.

Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production-related issues to ensure high availability and system resilience.

Requirements:-

Strong command of Java development and mainstream enterprise application frameworks.

Practical, day-to-day experience using AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot and Cursor.

Adept at auditing AI-generated code, with a sharp eye for spotting logic errors, hallucinations, and code quality issues.

Familiar with web application development, including managing SQL and NoSQL data repositories.
