Job summary

e-Job Agency Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Japanese-speaking Customer Service Officer in the Finance/Travel sector. The role handles front desk customer service, inbound tourism support, marketing research assistance, and inquiries from customers, including communication with Japan HQ.

Shift work with fixed hours 9:00–18:00, and requires a university degree plus at least two years' relevant experience. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N1),

Qualifications

• University graduate or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years relevant customer service & marketing experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Responsibilities
