Job summary

A leading telecom carrier and IT solutions company is seeking a Business Process Planning Analyst to work closely with business users, manage requirements, and support project implementation. The ideal candidate should have over 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the IT or telecommunications sector, along with strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin. This position is contract-based for 2 years, with the opportunity for renewal and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT and/or telecommunications.
• Mature, sensible, and self-motivated individual.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users to understand the requirements.
• Facilitate requirement collection and stakeholder communication.
• Manage project implementation and deployment support.
• Prepare test cases and conduct UAT before production launch.
• Provide system training to frontline users.
• Prepare reports for management review.
