Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited seeks an IT Systems Director focused on Clearing & Settlement Systems. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of post-trade technology solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security to support regulatory-compliant operations.

You will provide technical leadership, oversee upgrades, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, with a strong emphasis on risk mitigation and industry regulation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in system design and development.
• 5+ years in a management and/or technical leadership capacity, with proven experience leading developers and owning delivery outcomes.
• Strong background in IT and post-trade systems within the financial services industry.
• Experience in leading technology projects with a focus on post-trade operations.
• Proficiency in system design, development, and implementation.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
