Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited seeks an experienced Post-Trade Platform Analyst to manage multi-vendor relationships and oversee SLA-driven deployments in a hybrid environment. The role covers governance, system integration testing, and production verifications across post-trade workflows.

The incumbent will translate business needs into functional specs, coordinate SIT/UAT, and ensure timely vendor delivery while minimizing operational risk in a global financial institution context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years in post-trade system analysis or application support with vendor management experience.
• Proven vendor governance, service delivery monitoring, and release management skills.
• Strong post-trade knowledge: trade matching, clearing, settlement, reconciliations, corporate actions, custody.
• Experience with hybrid on-premise and SaaS deployments.
• Familiarity with interface protocols, API integration, middleware, SWIFT ISO 15022 (MT) and ISO 20022 (MX).
• Unix/Linux, Oracle, scripting tools, SFTP, MQ server setups.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to align with vendor leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct vendor teams through configuration, deployment, testing, and post-implementation reviews.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in post-trade system analysis or application support, with direct experience managing external software vendors.

• Proven track record in vendor governance, service delivery monitoring, and vendor release management.

• Strong technical background in post-trade processes, including trade matching, clearing, settlement, reconciliations, corporate actions, and custody operations.

• Experience with hybrid deployment architectures combining on-premise systems and SaaS platforms.

• Working knowledge of interface protocols, API integration, middleware, SWIFT ISO 15022 (MT), and ISO 20022 (MX) messaging standards.

• Practical familiarity with Unix/Linux, Oracle, scripting tools, file-transfer protocols (SFTP), and MQ server setups.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive technical alignment with external vendor leadership.
