Job summary

Veolia Energy Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a frontline IT Support professional to assist users with computer, software, printer, and network inquiries, providing on-site or remote help.

You will visit project sites according to schedule, assist with setup, testing, maintenance, replacement of IT equipment, perform routine server-room checks and verify daily backups, and manage IT assets and service contracts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge on TCP/IP networking, Windows AD
• Familiar with Google Workspace and common office applications
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese

Responsibilities
