Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited is looking for a skilled IT service operations professional to support identity and access management, incident and change management, and asset inventory. You will ensure proper production account controls and maintain up-to-date process documentation, while collaborating with IT teams to meet access requirements for business applications.

Experience in regulated financial services, IAM tools, and ITIL knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service management, incident and problem management, change management, and asset inventory.
• Familiarity with IAM solutions such as SailPoint, ServiceNow, and CyberArk is preferred.
• Degree in Computer Science or related IT discipline is required.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is advantageous.
• ITIL certification is a plus.

Job Summary

The Technology Service Operations (TSO) covers Services Management processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management Database, Production Account Management, Identify Governance and Administration. Candidate has relevant knowledge in these disciplines is an advantage.

Job Duties

• Responsible for day-to-day support related to the identity and access management processes
• Ensure proper implementation and control of production accounts according to policies, standards and procedures
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of IT processes in ensuring compliance with policies and IT standards
• Perform regular review to identity opportunity to improve the identity and access management process and workflow.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives to support the implementation of security measures, improving processes to be more efficient and effective.
• Work with internal customers and IT application teams to understand access requirements for integrating business applications with the IAM tools.
• Maintain an inventory of privileged accounts and ensure proper use of these accounts with the aid of leading Privileged Identity Management (PIM) tool
• Carry out work on-site in some weekends to support IT teams on account management related activities
• Automate and streamline daily BAU activities to improve operational efficiency
• Occasional travel to Mainland China offices may be required to support cross-location IT operations and service management activities

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IT service management with three or more years' experience in incident and problem management, change management, identity and access management, and asset inventory management
• Experience with leading ITSM / IGA solutions (e.g. SailPoint, ServiceNow, CyberArk, etc.)
• Degree in Computer Science, Information System or IT related disciplines
• Experience in financial services industry or other highly regulated organisations is preferred while not essential
• ITIL certified, with knowledge in ITIL processes such as change management, asset management, configuration management, incident management, problem management is an advantage
• Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skill.

• Proficient in documentation and technical writing
