Gemini Investment (HK) Limited invites applications for an IT Project Manager / Senior IT Business Analyst in Hong Kong. You will lead IT initiatives for overseas subsidiaries and investment platforms, shaping strategic technology solutions and overseeing the full project lifecycle from initiation to implementation.

The role demands 5+ years of cross‑functional project delivery, strong leadership across cultures, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• University graduate with a Master or Bachelor Degree in related disciplines.
• At least 5 years’ experience delivering projects across cross‑functional and geographical spaces.
• Proven leadership across different geographies and cultures.
• Experience with big 4 auditing firm or management consultancy preferred.
• Real estate or asset management experience preferred.
• Knowledge with Yardi or other Property Management software is a big advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects for overseas subsidiaries/investment platforms.
• Develop strategic and tactical IT solutions to support business growth objectives.
• Define project scope and business requirements with stakeholders; recommend process improvements and system upgrades.
• Oversee business analysis including feasibility studies, requirement analysis, UAT and implementation support.
• Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle from initiation to final implementation.
• Provide direction, consultancy, and support to business and project teams.
• Manage project constraints including schedule, budget, scope, quality, risks, and resources.
• Escalate conflicts and coordinate vendor contracts and maintenance for software, hardware and IT services.
• Provide training and resource support to end users and staff.

IT Project Manager / Senior IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects for the Company’s overseas subsidiaries/ investment platforms
• Assist to develop strategic and tactical solutions to achieve business growth objectives. Formulate projects which can assist the achieving the business objectives
• Define and establish project scope and business requirements with the stakeholders, and provide recommendations on process enhancements and systems upgrades
• Manage project business analysis including feasibility study, requirement analysis, UAT and implementation support
• Oversight the project with end-to-end management across initiation to final implementation
• Provide direction, consultancy, and support to business and project teams
• Manage projects on schedule, budget, scope, quality, risks, issues, team, resource management, etc
• Manage and reconcile conflicts on resources and expectations between stakeholders, act as an escalation point when required
• Manage vendor contracts and maintenance agreements for software, hardware and other IT-related service
• Perform ad-hoc assignment upon request of supervisor
• Provide technical training, guidance, and resource support to end users and departmental staff

Qualifications

• University graduate with a Master or Bachelor Degree preferably in Business, Finance, IT, Computer Science or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ working experience in managing and delivering projects across cross‑functional and geographical spaces
• Proven experience in people management, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities across different geographies and cultures
• Prior experience with big 4 auditing firm or management consultancy is preferred
• Real estate or asset management experience is preferred
• Knowledge with Yardi or other Property Management software is a big advantage. Experience with Yardi Voyager ERP, Certify Expense Reimbursement, Microsoft PowerBI, Adobe Acrobat DC, Zendesk, VoIP solutions, VTS (View the Space) CRM, Argus Enterprise, Smartsheet, Dropbox, and Zoom
• Great knowledge of the business process and change management
• Strong strategic vision, leadership, and interpersonal skills with different senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese communications essential
