Job summary

Job Description:

Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting

1. Understand customer business requirements and identify opportunities for workflow and process automation using agilepoint NX low-code/No-code platform.
2. Lead customer discovery sessions, requirements workshops, solution discussions and demonstrations.
3. Design high-level workflow solutions, process diagrams, and integration approaches based on customer requirements.
4. Prepare technical proposals, SOWs, solution presentations, project estimates, and implementation plans.
5. Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to define scope, effort, feasibility, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.

Project Management & Delivery

1. Plan and manage projects from initiation through implementation, deployment, and handover.
2. Manage project scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
3. Coordinate activities between customers, business users, developers, technical teams, and vendors.
4. Oversee requirements, solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities.
5. Provide regular project status updates and ensure delivery meets agreed quality, scope, and timeline.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the pre-sales and project lifecycle.
2. Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders and manage customer expectations.
3. Facilitate workshops, meetings, presentations, design reviews, and project discussions.
4. Proactively communicate project progress, risks, issues, changes, and key decisions.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvements, enhancements, and additional automation solutions.

Support & Continuous Improvement

1. Coordinate functional and technical support for AgilePoint applications and business processes.
2. Manage production incidents, root cause analysis, and resolution with relevant technical teams.
3. Review application and workflow performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
4. Manage enhancement requests, application maintenance, and AgilePoint version upgrades.
5. Ensure effective knowledge transfer, documentation, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements :

1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in IT project management, with a track record of delivering projects successfully.
3. Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
4. Experience in presales, client engagement, and solution presentation.
5. Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Cursor AI, ChatGPT, or similar in daily development or project work.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with confidence interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
