Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project and program management experience.
• 5+ years of large-scale application development, system implementation or maintenance programs.
• Experience managing multiple projects, teams, vendors and stakeholders in complex environments.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Experience with Azure/cloud platforms, application modernization, DevSecOps or digital transformation is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple IT projects and services, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate project teams, resources, vendors and key stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, schedules, risks and dependencies.
• Establish program governance and monitor overall progress and performance.
• Identify and manage project issues and risks, including escalation of critical matters when required.
• Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to provide regular updates and address key project matters.
• Ensure project activities are aligned with business requirements, contractual commitments, security and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery teams.
• Support IT initiatives involving application development, system implementation, maintenance, cloud platforms and digital transformation.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT project and program management.
• At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale application development, system implementation or maintenance programs.
• Experience managing multiple projects, teams, vendors and stakeholders in a complex environment.
• Good knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Strong experience in program planning, budget and resource management, risk management and stakeholder management.
• Good leadership, communication, negotiation and decision‑making skills.
• Experience in public sector or large enterprise ICT projects will be an advantage.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
• Experience with Azure/cloud platforms, application modernization, DevSecOps or digital transformation will be an advantage.
