You will oversee technical implementations delivered by external suppliers while ensuring seamless system integration and rapid issue resolution across multi-party environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Evaluation: Review, evaluate, and provide critical feedback on vendors' proposed technical solutions, web applications, and system integration approaches.
• Application Support & Troubleshooting: Oversee application support and troubleshoot complex issues reported by external users.
• Cross-Party IT Collaboration: Work closely with the IT departments of external business partners to investigate and resolve technical issues that span across both internal and external systems.
• Internal Alignment: Partner with internal specialized teams (Enterprise Architecture, Network, and Cybersecurity) to incorporate their recommendations and ensure all vendor solutions meet strict security and infrastructure standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Industry Expertise: Background in Air Cargo, Cargo Terminal operations, or Regulated Agent environments is highly preferred. Strong domain knowledge of the end-to-end export and import process is essential to rapidly pick up the project and support workflows.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Strong familiarity with modern cloud environments, specifically AWS, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Traditional Chinese. The ability to read Simplified Chinese and speak Mandarin is a strong advantage for seamless communication with business partners across Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland.
• Working Style: Highly autonomous with the ability to manage multifaceted relationships across external vendors, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
