Job summary

Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education Limited is seeking an experienced IT leader to join as Manager, Information Technology. You will run day-to-day IT operations, lead the IT team and support technology initiatives across academic and administrative units.

This hands-on role requires strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, PDPO compliance and digital transformation. You will manage budgets, procurements, LMS and classroom technology while fostering a service-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computing, IT, CS or related discipline.
• At least 5 years in an IT management or supervisory role with mentoring.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Good understanding of IT security and data protection incl. PDPO.
• Experience in IT procurement, budgeting and vendor management.
• Exposure to digital transformation, automation or AI tools.
• ITIL, PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Good communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations and infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud and end-user computing.
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Manage cybersecurity, IT security policies and access controls; ensure PDPO compliance.
• Lead and develop the IT team; foster a collaborative, service-focused culture.
• Oversee IT procurement, budgets and vendor management; monitor SLAs.
• Oversee the service desk and support LMS, classroom technology and EdTech.
• Drive digital transformation, automation and system improvements; support governance and audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
