Job summary

BOCI-Prudential Asset Management Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain servers, storage, networks, PA/Fortinet firewall, SAN storage and IT security across the data center.

You will plan preventive maintenance, manage user accounts, support vendors, and assist with system migrations and ad-hoc IT projects. Fluency in English and Cantonese/Putonghua preferred; CISSP/CISA/ITIL a plus.

Qualifications

• University graduates in Information Technology or related disciplines with minimum 5 years’ relevant IT experience.
• Experience in IT networking, infrastructure & IT security services, and server virtualization.
• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience with Lotus Notes Domino, Windows, VMware, Hyper-V and VDI.
• Knowledge of design, implementation, support and product upgrades in related tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and support servers, storage, networks, firewall, SAN and data center operations.
• Plan preventive maintenance and enhancements for network and security areas.
• Handle server installation, configuration, enhancement and development.
• Provide user services management including user accounts administration
• Update and maintain system operation documents
• Collaborate with vendors and internal customers on troubleshooting, system implementation and migration
• Provide help desk support to internal users and handle ad-hoc IT projects
