Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking IT professionals to support daily Data Centre operations and infrastructure projects. The role involves Windows and macOS environments, system administration, and networking in a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in IT Helpdesk, plus certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/HCIA/HCIP, and a degree in IT. Fresh graduates are welcome in a stable environment near MTR.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk support
• Experience in system administration and networking
• Server virtualization, VDI platform, VPN, storage and backup support
• Provide daily Data Centre operational support
• Higher Diploma with at least 3 years exp.
• Degree in Information Technology (IT) or related disciplines
• Holding of CISSP Certificate is preferred
• CCNA/CCNP/HCIA/HCIP certifications are beneficial

Responsibilities

• Provide daily Data Centre operational support
• Operate and support mission-critical engineering systems
• Carry out data maintenance on engineering systems
• Lead modern infrastructure projects and deploy WDS solutions
