Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on data center operations and IT system support in Hong Kong.
• Experience with network infrastructure management and knowledge of local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of the office computer room, manage firewalls, switches, and servers.
• Provide on-site technical standby for video conferencing and paperless meeting systems.
• Deliver end-user IT support and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and telecom devices.
• Assist in operating core hardware and foundational software in the data center.
• Support ERP/OA systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and user adoption.
• Ensure information security for shared IT facilities and devices; assist in cybersecurity checks.
