Job summary

Adecco Group (Hong Kong) is seeking a Manager, IT Business Partner to lead technology initiatives and partner with senior business leaders. The role focuses on digital transformation, AI adoption, and delivering practical technology solutions aligned with regional objectives.

You will drive projects across regional teams, manage IT services and vendor performance, and advocate governance and security while enabling business growth with innovative tech.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of IT experience with success in IT management, business partnering, digital transformation, or technology consulting.
• Strong experience engaging and influencing senior business stakeholders.
• Proven track record leading technology projects and change initiatives in a matrix or multinational environment.
• Exposure to digital transformation, automation, AI, or emerging technologies.
• Experience in IT service management, vendor management, and governance.
• Broad understanding of enterprise technology, infrastructure, applications, and business systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and able to work across cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key technology partner for Hong Kong business stakeholders, understanding priorities and translating them into practical technology solutions.
• Develop and manage the local technology roadmap, aligning initiatives with business objectives and regional strategies.
• Lead digital transformation, automation, and AI adoption initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
• Drive the delivery of technology projects, including planning, implementation, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to ensure effective execution of technology solutions and services.
• Oversee IT service delivery and vendor performance to maintain high service standards and user satisfaction.
• Manage technology-related risks, governance, compliance, and security requirements.
• Support business development activities, client opportunities, and strategic projects from a technology perspective.
• Monitor technology trends and identify innovative solutions that create business value.
