Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Business Analyst/IT Project Coordinator for a contract role in banking. The ideal candidate will collect and analyze business requirements, document specifications, and coordinate SIT and UAT activities with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field and at least 1 year of IT/BA experience, with SQL skills and knowledge of treasury products as a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or Finance.
• At least 1 year IT/Business Analyst experience, preferably in banking.
• Hands-on SQL experience.
• Experience with treasury products like FX/Derivatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with system analysts, developers and vendors to ensure that solutions address the requirements of the business.
• Collect and analyze requirements from business users.
• Document user requirements and translate to functional specifications.
• Perform SIT to check deliverables prior to UAT.
• Coordinate UAT and manage issue logs, following up on actions.
