TEKsystems is seeking an IT Business Analyst to work on a large-scale program in fintech and AI. The role requires coordinating across stakeholders and vendors to ensure continuous improvement and successful delivery.

The BA will gather user requirements, draft documentation and pass to IT developers and vendors, execute UAT, and coordinate between different stakeholders. Strong communication in Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT BA experience.
• Background in large and complex enterprise environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to handle a large volume of stakeholders and can-do attitude.
• Solid skillsets in gathering requirements, documentation and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Collect, analyze and document business requirements in specifications and pass to tech team.
• Review IT documents to ensure alignment of understanding of requirements between business end users and IT.
• Execute UAT to support project roll-out.
• Assist in project coordination and administrative tasks on needed basis.
• Communicate with different stakeholders, BUs, vendors, developers.
