Job summary

Beehire Personnel Limited, on behalf of our fintech client, is seeking a Business Analyst to help revamp the internal operation system. You will collect user and business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and coordinate with project managers, users and IT to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications include 1+ year in business analysis, fintech/finance project experience preferred, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Our Fintech client is looking for Business Analyst to be involved in a project to revamp Internal Operation System

Year End Bonus (At least 1.5 -2 Months)

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze user and business requirement
• Identify and translate Business Requirements into Functional Specification
• Prepare project documentations such as User Requirements, Testing Plans, User Manuals etc
• Liaise with project manager, user and internal IT team to ensure smooth delivery of the project

Requirements:

• At least 1 years experience in collecting business requirement and business process analysis
• Solid experience in finance or banking project is highly preferable
• Analytical, innovative and self-initiated
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese
• Experience in UAT is also welcome
