Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited is seeking a capable Issuer Platform Support specialist to join the Issuer Platform Support team. You will handle enquiries, support regulatory filing services, and assist in project delivery and UAT testing to ensure timely issuer disclosures.

The role requires a university degree and 1-2 years' experience in financial institutions, with strong English and Chinese, plus proficiency in MS Office and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics.
• 1–2 years' relevant experience in reputable financial institutions.
• Good knowledge of the financial service industry and securities market operations.
• Strong organizational skills, task prioritization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter, highly motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Putonghua is essential.
• Willing to work shift duty, including early mornings, evenings and public holidays.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries on matters relating to various regulatory filings systems, ensuring timely and professional support.
• Support regulatory filing services to enable listed issuers to publish disclosure documents.
• Assist in project delivery by gathering and documenting user requirements, coordinating and executing user acceptance testing (UAT), and supporting system implementation and rollout activities.
• Provide operational support such as strategic reporting and database management.
